Responsibilities:
This job role engages with learning and exploring existing products performance benchmarking. Act as catalyst between sales team and plant team and involving in the product promotion. Critical in documenting VoC of new products. Role should focus on deriving best application practices, generating care and use of new products for ferrous and non-ferrous segment. Support sales team and dealers for value selling and growth of sales revenue and additional business.

This position is expected to provide Application Engineering support for North India Region and will be based in Delhi / NCR as base location. Will be operating from Home to Customer Location as and when nedded.

Job Purpose

  • Support Dealers/Direct customers on application related requirement.
  • Conduct training for the Dealers/Partners as and when required.
  • Attend customer complaint and analyse the cause of failure and give proper resolution
  • Support for product development team for performance enhancement of the existing product.
  • Learn and adopt to exploring new products for existing segment and new Al vertical as well ferrous products.
  • Test and document key deliverables against expected /proposed results.
  • Key role in generating case study at different working conditions and prepare the value proposition for the product.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following:
  • Identify and document VoC and develop care & use at end customers.
  • Coordinate with CFT for all key factors to test product performance.
  • Support to establish best application practice and publish case study
  • Identifying key areas for learning and conduct technical training
  • Identifying right customers for performance benchmarking- No’s
  • Support sales for product fine-tuning.
  • Generate case study & value proposition for product promotion at different conditions- No’s

Bachalors Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy (BE / B.Tech)
Minimum 5 years experience in Application Engineering
Working Experience of Foundry / Casting Industry is MUST.
Knowledge of advance application softwares like CAD/Creo etc. is must.
