Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled

Application Engineer

with expertise in

Revit MEP, Navisworks, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, and Primavera

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students and professionals, supporting project-based learning, and ensuring participants gain industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on assigned software tools. Design and deliver practical, project-oriented training modules. Assist students in hands-on projects, assignments, and portfolio development. Stay updated with the latest software features and industry applications. Provide technical support and mentorship to students during and after training. Prepare course materials, presentations, and case studies for effective learning. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with career opportunities. Conduct workshops, seminars, and demo sessions for prospective students.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong proficiency in:

Revit MEP

(MEP modeling & coordination)

Navisworks

(Clash detection, 4D simulation)

3Ds Max & V-Ray

(3D visualization, rendering)

Lumion

(Architectural walkthroughs & animations)

SketchUp

(Conceptual & detailed design)

Primavera

(Project planning & scheduling) Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. Strong problem-solving skills with a student-first approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field. Prior experience in training/teaching OR industry project experience using the mentioned tools. Certification in Autodesk/Primavera software (preferred).
