Job Responsibilities - Application Engineer.

Experience - 1-3 years

Qualification - Diploma / B.E. Mechanical

Salary - 1.2 to 1.5 lakh P.A (for first 6 months), Immediate hike depends upon past 6 months performance.

1)

Understanding customer needs:

Analysing customer requirements and identifying the core issues they face.

2)

Developing technical solutions:

Proposing ideas and solutions using industry products to address customer problems.

3)

Providing technical support:

Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to mechanical equipment and systems.

4)

Staying updated on product knowledge:

Keeping up with the latest product updates, upgrades, and software releases.

5)

Training and documentation:

Providing training and creating documentation for customers and internal teams.

Skills Required -

Strong mechanical engineering knowledge:

Deep understanding of mechanical principles, design, and manufacturing processes.

Problem-solving and analytical skills:

Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Sales and customer service skills:

Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
