- Provide pre/post-sales technical support, conduct demos/presentations, qualify leads, translate client needs into specs, support project kick-offs, and serve as first-level technical support for customers and partners.
Tender & Opportunity Management
- Analyse RFIs/RFPs, prepare technical responses and compliance documents, manage e-tender submissions, and support Make in India/offset documentation.
Marketing & Communication
- Support marketing with technical inputs, prepare collateral (brochures, presentations, posters), maintain product database, and update website content.
Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain pipeline records, marketing logs, PO booking data, and track sales/marketing support activities for reporting.
Internal Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with design teams on PFRs, communicate requirements, and maintain AS9100-compliant records (CRR, RIR, etc.) with regular CRM updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's /Master's in Electronics or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field.
Communication skills
