The employee will be responsible for generating and supporting customer application needs and supporting project activities. The job profile requires travel to customer sites, events, and exhibitions.
Develop a deep understanding of each application.
Develops and manages application/sales pipelines with prospective clients.
Lead outbound sales activities with existing and potential clients.
Own the customer process from initial identification through final project closing.
Present demo pitch solutions during in-person visits, and follow up after meetings.
Review sales leads and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals
Ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives and budgets
Build and ensure strong customer relationships.
Good level of communication skills - verbal and written.
Educational qualification:
Mechanical & Metallurgical engineering degree/diploma qualification as a minimum.
Mtech and MBA candidates will also be considered. But not mandatory.
Minimum 2/4 years' experience. Fresher's will also be considered
Demonstrable experience will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of materials: especially steel, stainless steel, low alloy and high alloy materials is essential.
Flexible work attitude, which should be demonstrable by experience.
Experience with mechanical fabrication and welding will be preferred but not essential.

2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience
Salary Range:
We will be paying you a CTC of 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs per annum. Based on experience and competency, salary may go up.
