Senior Sales & Applications Engineer - Key Account Management
In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging technical expertise to identify and implement engineering solutions that meet
customer requirements. You will translate technical features into application benefits, conduct product demonstrations, and
collaborate with global teams to support local development and product integration.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of the product//'s technical aspects and how it can solve specific
customer problems.
Customer Needs Analysis: Analyse client requirements and challenges to determine how the product or service can be best
configured to meet their objectives.
Solution Design: Assist in designing or customizing solutions that align with specific client needs, ensuring successful
integration and application.
Product Demonstrations: Provide clear and compelling technical demonstrations of products to both technical and non-
technical audiences.
Communication: Explain complex technical details in an accessible way and effectively communicate the value proposition
to clients.
Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact
throughout the sales process.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional team, providing technical input, supporting sales strategies, and
closing deals.
Our Requirements
Technical Knowledge: A strong foundation in engineering field, such as mechanical, electrical, electronics or chemical
engineering.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, influence others, and manage relationships at all levels of an organization.
Presentation Skills: Confidence and skill in presenting to groups and adapting communication style to different audiences.
Experience: Experience in sales and the expertise in the field Semicon process is preferred.
