Key Responsibilities:
? Support senior engineers in conducting product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and providing basic post-sales technical assistance.
? Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting application-related issues under supervision.
? Gather and understand customer requirements and help translate them into basic technical inputs for design and development.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and application evaluations.
? Coordinate with product development, sales, and engineering teams to provide technical insights and support internal processes.
? Follow corporate engineering procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields).
? Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
? Interest or knowledge in
COTS components for Machinery Automation
is beneficial.
? Strong problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organization, teamwork, and time-management skills.
