ACTUAL JOB AD APPEARS BELOW Senior level experience requiring a broader level of responsibility. Responsible for identifying, designing, developing, delivering and demonstrating new technology that improves manufacturing processes. Technical support to customer for new and existing business. DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB: To Lead and take care of Application Engineering ground level activities and also lead in technology transfer activities.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION:

• Technical support to Sales function for Business Development.
  
  • New RFQs and Technical support to customer.
  • Identify market potentials & business opportunities.
  • Product Design support/ manufacturing feasibility.
  • Program Management.
  • Customer Visits/Presentations/Technical reviews.
  • Work closely with the Global teams and sales team developing specific customer.
  • Customer experience with Maruti Suzuki, Ford, PSA, Toyota, Bajaj etc.
  • Part Failure return analysis & Investigation.
  • Market & competitor product Benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 System, APQP, PFMEA & DFMEA.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel sheet, MS Projects, PPT).
  • Knowledge of Design software (Auto Cad / Pro-E).

SKILLS PROFILE:

• Education background in B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Enineering

  • APQP & PPAP requirement and documentation
  • Interpersonal & communication skills (Must)
