We are seeking a passionate and skilled Application Development Trainer to guide aspiring developers in mastering web and mobile technologies. This role is perfect for a hands-on practitioner who loves to teach and is eager to translate industry expertise into effective learning. You will be the key to empowering students with the practical, project-based skills needed to launch careers in modern software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and structured training sessions in Web & Mobile Application Development.
Teach both front-end and back-end technologies through a balanced mix of theory and hands-on practice.
Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments to reflect current industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing personalized feedback and support to ensure skill mastery.
Candidate Profile:
Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, or a related discipline.
Possesses 2-3 years of hands-on professional experience in developing web and/or mobile applications.
Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in key languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flutter).
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
