Introduction:
Java developer working on strategic programmes as agreed with management
What will you be doing?

• Working as part of a 5 to 6-person development scrum in Pune
• Developing high-quality, resilient and robust solutions to FO & MO requirements
• Instrumenting application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Input into technical design
• Collaborating with development scrums globally
• Local stakeholder management as required
• L3 support during Pune hours

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent Core Java skills
• Excellent knowledge of Multithreading and Spring
• Excellent knowledge of CI and unit test frameworks
• In depth experience with XML and related technologies

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Good technical experience with databases and SQL
• Familiarity with SCM tools like bitbucket and build tools like teamcity
• Experience with java profilers (e.g., Yourkit or similar) would be an advantage
• Experience of Agile development process
