About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on understanding the product and the domain to provide solutions to the client
2. Work on carrying out an RCA of any issues encountered by clients while using the product
3. Work on understanding the full deployment architecture of the system
4. Work on keeping track of all issues reported by clients and provide regular updates
5. Work on using different modes of communication with clients to resolve complex problems

Who can apply:

1. L1 support for projects
2. Ability to do the analysis of failures across microservices architecture system
3. Have the ability to analyze Java exceptions, Kafka/Rabbit Messages, Databases (SQL)
4. Ability to code and submit patches for minor issues
5. Have good knowledge of Unix commands
6. Experience in MS-SQL (preferred)/MySQL/Postgres
7. Exposure to Git
