Priciple Duties and Responsibilities


Technical leadership of junior team members Architecting new microservice applications Promote GenAI-supported software engineering Standardize and continuously improve existing applications. Conduct code reviews, establish govenrance framework and manage jira projects Develop and support data-driven applications with integrated front-end and back-end services. Create responsive web and mobile interfaces using Python, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and modern frameworks. Build efficient back-end services, APIs, and server-side components using Python etc. Design and maintain SQL/NoSQL databases for secure, high-performance data management. Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and subject matter experts to align solutions with business goals. Learn tire industry processes and apply them to technical development.

Experience


8 or more years of experience designing and delivering data driven applications in microservices architecture. Experience with technical leadership of junior team members
Knowledge, skills & abilities


Significant experience in front-end development using modern frameworks and languages such as React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Significant experience in server-side development using Python Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design Understanding of modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly as they relate to front-end deployment and performance Experience visualizing data sourced from relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) Ability to translate feature requirements and technical design into a working implementation Good teamwork skills - ability to lead a team in terms of technology and deliver results on time. Strong communication skills - capable of conveying information concisely to diverse audiences. Experience presenting to senior leaders and driving KPI definitions. Application of software design skills and methodologies (algorithms, design patterns, performance optimization, responsive design and testing) and modern DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, CI/CD)
