Job Title: HIH - Application Development Advisor

• DevOps Engineer with WebLogic Admin Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and 8+ years experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in WebLogic administration, as well as experience in Ansible automation. Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and providing middleware support, especially for WebLogic Server environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Ansible, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
• Administer and support WebLogic Server installations, configurations, deployments, patching and performance tuning (WebLogic Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c/14c).
• Perform server health checks, log monitoring, and incident resolution using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Splunk, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
• Support release management and environment setup for development, QA, and production.
• Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git/GitHub.
• Write and maintain shell scripts (PowerShell/ Python /similar scripting language) for automation and monitoring tasks.
• Understanding of networking concepts, security groups, and load balancing in cloud environments.

• Availability during offshore /Weekend for support in release/ patching activity.
• Soft skills, proficiency in written and communication skills
