About the Role
We are hiring a highly skilled Appian Application Developer (Team Lead - Level 9) to join our MNC client's engineering team. The ideal candidate is an SME in Appian, capable of leading teams, driving decisions, and designing scalable enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an SME and provide technical leadership to the team
Manage and guide the development team; ensure high-quality application delivery
Own and drive key architectural & technical decisions
Engage with cross-functional teams, including architects & product owners
Lead application design, development, deployment & enhancements
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Implement and maintain application security standards
Provide solutions to complex issues across teams
Requirements
Required Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have: Strong proficiency in Appian Process Automation
Experience designing & implementing complex Appian workflows
Strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns & objects
Experience integrating Appian with external systems (web services, APIs, RDBMS)
Ability to troubleshoot performance & scalability issues
Additional Information
Minimum Experience: 5+ years in Appian Process Automation
Mode: Work from Office (Hybrid - Tuesdays mandatory)
Employment: 6-month C2H under 2COMS, with market-standard hike
Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
