Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in transforming business needs into effective technological solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with application development frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
