Summary: As a Business Analyst - Cruise Lines Industry, you will be resposible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements related to cruise operations, guest experience and digital platforms.Works closely with stakeholders, IT and vendors to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality.Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach cross functional teams to deliver high quality cruise line solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Gather and document functional and non functionsal requirements from business stakeholders(shore and ship based teams) - Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify business requirements. - Assist in the development of application documentation and user manuals. - Prepare process flow diagrams, BRDS, Data mapping document and gap analysis reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis in travel, Hospitality and Cruise domain. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure devops. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with application development frameworks and tools. - Ability to conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Familiarity with cruise operations and loyalty programs is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
