Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating those insights into functional specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the applications meet the required standards and provide value to the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement application features based on user feedback and business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Familiarity with application development frameworks and tools. - Ability to create detailed documentation for application specifications and user guides. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
