Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also engage in troubleshooting and refining existing applications to enhance functionality and efficiency, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with GraphQL (Query Language), JavaScript. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in React. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications. - Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript and experience in using/working with AG Grid and AG Charts. - You will be responsible for building rich, interactive data tables and visualizations using React. - The developer should have a strong grasp of dynamic UI rendering, performance optimization, and integration with GraphQL/REST APIs. - Experience in using/working with AG Grid and AG Charts is a plus. - Experience with AG Grid and AG Charts will be additional advantage or similar UI plugin/Control experience. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
