Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application development milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with database management and performance tuning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
