Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure. - Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Hands-on experience in SAP system upgrades and installations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
