Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using

Core Java

,

J2EE

, and

Spring Boot

frameworks. Build and consume

RESTful APIs

and microservices-based architectures. Apply strong knowledge of

object-oriented design principles

and

design patterns

to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Work with

RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL)

and/or

NoSQL databases (Cassandra)

for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization. Implement and maintain solutions on

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). Utilize modern

CI/CD pipelines

,

SCM tools

, and

automated deployment

processes to streamline software delivery. Ensure code quality through

code reviews

,

unit testing

, and adherence to

TDD/BDD

best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams -- including business analysts, QA, and DevOps -- to deliver robust software solutions. Participate in

requirement analysis

technical design discussions

architecture reviews

. Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive refactoring and modernization efforts. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to improving engineering practices within the team.
