"We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. Summary: Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in supporting large-scale, complex implementations, transformations, and migrations. This role is support role. It is for turning around troubled projects--requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans. Hands-on problem solving to stabilize delivery performance Roles & Responsibilities: o While the business situation / problem is given - you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging 's GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , and other providers. o Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. o Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows o Supported recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges. o Supported delivery recovery efforts end-to-end--including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans. o Experienced in delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards. o PMO support for Monitoring and enhancingDelivery Experience (DEX), drove reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs. o Gathered metrics and prepared report for Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence. o Tracked and analysed key schedule, quality & financial metrics (Ex) SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance. Identified cost leakages and led commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives. o Tracked delivery risks and implemented preventive or corrective actions. Ensured compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates. o Provided hands on to address complex technical and project-level challenges across teams. o Drove excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. o Hand on Experience in at least one major enterprise platform--SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms. o Experience in Agile and SI delivery principles with a focus on transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction. o Manage day-to-day execution, sprint coordination, issue tracking, and team-level quality management, team coaching.o Create MPP/MSPS plan, track schedule, cost & quality. Track effort variance, rework costs, and non-compliance cost impact. Manage RAID logs, support internal compliance, and documentation. o Mentored technical teams, and developed reusable assets, knowledge bases, and recovery playbooks. Hands experience in SDLC tools across phases o Support issue closure by working with leads, testers, and developers to remove delivery bottlenecks. o Support day-to-day coordination with client testers, business SMEs, and platform leads for dependency resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: o Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. o Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) - demonstrated through project implementations o Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) o Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Must To Have Skills: Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) Good to have Skill: o Automated Testing o AMS experience o Exposure to GenAI technologies. o Support workforce planning, readiness tracking, and onboarding quality. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 7-12 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) o PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification o Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platform etc.) o A 15 years full time education is required. o Position Open across PAN India
