Roles & Responsibilities 1. Provide solutions expertise to analyze and identify gaps, lead in solution design, and implement the RapidResponse application to meet business requirements 2. Design and develop technical/functional specifications using understanding of functional areas within RapidResponse application -- working on different modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Campaign planning and Sales & Operations Planning. 3. Support direction on data integration/data skills with multiple source and target systems. 4. Driving effective design of the Kinaxis Rapid Response & build of the technical solution against the global process model and ensuring adherence to the global process model. Professional & Technical Skills 1. Strong hands-on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, etc. 2. Hands on experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts 3. Knowledge on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle with planning skills and its integration are added advantage 4. Good understanding and worked to deliver using agile way of a project management 5. Knowledge and experience on integration of Planning function with Manufacturing, Quality Management, Materials Management, P2P, Sales and Distribution, Logistics and Costing functions Additional Information 1. Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification or Contributor certification is preferable 2. Exceptional communication skills, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
