Experience Required: 5-6 Years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega components including Rules, Data Pages, and Services.
Utilize Tracer effectively for debugging and performance tuning.
Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system stability improvements.
Lead a team of 6 members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Technical Skills & Tools
Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and related components.
Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics (added advantage).
Exposure to production environments, including deployment and support activities.
Good understanding of performance optimization and system health monitoring.
