Must Have Technical/Functional Skills o 7-10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. o Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Copado DevOps implementation. o Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, change sets, sandboxes, and deployment processes. o Expertise in Git, branching strategies, and release versioning. o Familiarity with SFDX, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. o Strong communication and documentation skills. Roles & Responsibilities o Establish and enforce release governance policies, including audit trails, user permissions, and compliance controls. o Create and maintain documentation on deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configuration o Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust Copado DevOps solutions on Salesforce. o Define and establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment flows, and environment strategies using Copado. o Architect and implement version control (Git) and release branching strategies across environments. o Serve as the point of contact for resolving deployment failures, merge conflicts, and release rollbacks. o Proactively monitor and optimize Copado pipelines for performance and reliability o Act as the technical lead across Salesforce delivery teams for all DevOps-related activities. o Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and Project Managers to ensure smooth and consistent releases. o Provide mentorship and guidance on Copado usage, deployment strategies, and best practices.
