Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: a Lead the track to ensure day to day deliverables of the team are seamless b Provide routine support and maintenance for assigned non-Epic Revenue Cycle applications in both production and non-production environments. c Assist with application implementation, upgrades, and testing phases, ensuring system reliability and accuracy. d Support end-users by troubleshooting application issues, resolving errors, and providing coaching or consulting as needed. e Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies. f Participate in training sessions, develop training materials, and support end-user education to enhance application adoption and effective use. g Manage system configurations such as user accounts, security settings, preference lists, and other application-specific setups. h Monitor system performance, error queues, alerts, and batch jobs, taking corrective actions or escalating issues as necessary. i Support compliance with audit and security requirements related to the applications. j Handle service requests, change requests, and new build deployments as part of ongoing application management. k Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical issues outside regular hours. l Work closely with IT teams and vendors to coordinate fixes, upgrades, and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: a Experience supporting Revenue Cycle or healthcare-related applications outside of Epic systems. bStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues. c Good communication skills to interact effectively with Business office, clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors. d Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. e Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology is beneficial to understand user needs and system impact. f Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. g Experience with system testing, configuration, and documentation. h Hands on experience of Servers, Network, Security, Vulnerabilities & Remediation, Disaster Recovery. i Previous experience in healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle BA roles supporting non-Epic applications. j Knowledge of specific healthcare applications such as Revenue Cycle apps like 3M encoder, Practice Management systems, k Electronic Medical Records (EMR) other than Epic, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other ancillary clinical systems. l Familiarity with compliance and security standards in healthcare IT. Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts/weekends on Rotational basis
