We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. oa, a, a, Is capable to contribute to IA, TDR, Build, CIT, SIT, E2E & Scheme certification.a,
oa, a, a, Good understanding of BASE24, TACL commands and simulators.
oa, a, a, Goods hands on experience on programming in TAL & COBOL.a,
oa, a, a, Experience in fixing live issue and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.a,
oa, a, a, Good understanding of Cards Acquiring domain and Testing principles in various delivery models
oa, a, a, Analysis design and implementation of test solutions to fit the business requirementsa,
oa, a, a, Is capable of effective stakeholder management, supporting business for making informed decisions based on test results, possess good analytical skills

oa, a, a, Leading one of the BASE24 feature teams and take complete responsibility of the teamaAEURA(TM)s deliverables.
oa, a, a, Perform the role of Scrum Master
oa, a, a, Contribute in overall release management process.
oa, a, a, Focus on improving the existing processes and come-up with automation/FTE saving ideas.
oa, a, a, Focus on improving sprint velocities.
oa, a, a, Mentoring new joiners.

a, What will you be doing?
oa, a, a, Develop Strategy / approach based on the business requirements. Write IA & TDR, Build code, Completed UT/CIT, SIT/E2E testing
oa, a, a, Ability to develop or alter simulator scripts for BASE24 testing.
oa, a, a, Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases developed by the team members
oa, a, a, Identify the areas of improvement and come up with plans to optimize the effectiveness of build & testing.a,
oa, a, a, Is capable of giving walkthrough of the solution / approach to the stakeholders
oa, a, a, Good communication skills & good team player

a, What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:
aAEURAStrong BASE24 development & design experience (switch knowledge on Tandem Platform)a,
aAEURA Experience working in languages like TAL,COBOL,SCOBOL,TACL, Spoolcom, Peruse
aAEURA Knowledge on Simulators like MasterCard, Visa, FINSIM, Versa Test and Asset, etc.
aAEURA Knowledge on ATM, POS switch ISO 8583 message and its supported cards and transaction types is a must.
