Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Conduct requirement analysis and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, Certified ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field is required.
