Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. We are seeking a skilled User Interface Developer with strong experience in building server-rendered UI components using Nunjucks, TypeScript, and Express.js. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, accessible, and maintainable UI layers that integrate seamlessly with backend services and REST APIs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain server-rendered UI components using Nunjucks templating engine. - Implement robust, reusable, and scalable TypeScript code for client-side and shared logic. - Integrate front-end components with Express.js backend routes and services. - Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and optimization for performance and scalability. - Contribute to the UI design system and enforce consistency across the application. Professional & Technical Skills: - 3+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on server-rendered applications. - Strong proficiency in Nunjucks or similar templating engines (e.g., Handlebars, EJS, Pug). - Solid experience in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Hands-on experience with Express.js and Node.js environments. - Understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like SCSS), and responsive design principles. - Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data handling. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser support. - Experience with version control (Git), build tools (Webpack, Gulp), and CI/CD workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Interface Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
