Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Mobile Android position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain Android mobile applications using modern development tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile application development.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality standards.
Skills:
Proficiency in Android application development with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Modern Android Development (MAD) practices.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of backend services.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Experience:
Proven experience in Android mobile application development.
Experience with modern development frameworks and mobile architecture patterns.
Exposure to cross-platform tools is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
