Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Microsoft .Net Stack position for our client.
ocation: Remote
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Develop front-end interfaces using Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks.
Integrate front-end applications with backend business logic and RESTful APIs.
Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and schema for MS SQL Server.
Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical guidance in a leadership capacity.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.
Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployment and application services where required.
Skills:
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework.
Strong experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blazor.
Database management proficiency in MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex query development.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit), version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Stack (.NET backend), API development, and Blazor.
At least 7-8 years in a technical leadership or senior development role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
