Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
