Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular. - Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
