Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance application performance and user experience, all while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement Data integration routines with informatica PowerCenter. - Implement Oracle Procedural Language SQL scripts. - Scheduling jobs in ControlM. - Creation of technical test cases. - Deployment of the code across different environments. - Post-production L2 support to handle the issues if any post deployment. - Create technical concept(s) of data integration and data flow. - Provide System documentation. - Perform unit-test and system-tests. - Provide services during simulation, SIT (if applicable) and acceptance test batch run, as agreed between the Engagement Managers at a later point in time. - Handover of documentation to the ECAG operation team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques. - Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. - Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter. - This position is based at our Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
