Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Should be Graduate / Post graduate with hands on experience(7+ years) in development and design of Microsoft .Net technology stack based web applications - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, React.js. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Should have hands on experience in low level design of web application with Microsoft.Net, C#, ASP.Net MVC, Web Services, Web API, DotNet Core, Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 . - Should have good understanding of OOAD, design patterns, SOLID principle and Clean Architecture/Code practices. - Should have experience in data base modelling and stored procedure performance tuning. - Should have good troubleshooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions. - Should have working experience of Agile process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
