Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FICO Senior Professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role demands deep functional expertise (SME), strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive digital finance transformation across the enterprise. o Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions o Manage and mentor a team of SAP S/4 HANA FICO consultants and analysts o Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of FICO functionalities o Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR) o Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practices o Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations o Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams o Manage data migration using tools like LSMW and BDC o Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for project delivery Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of SAP S/4 HANA FICO experience, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations o Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA) o Deep understanding of integration points with SD, MM, HR modules o Experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Azure Dev Ops and PBI reporting tool o Familiarity with Investment Management and Project Systems is a plus o Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills o Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Soft Skills o Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset o Strong leadership and team-building capabilities o Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences o High attention to detail and commitment to quality Education & Certifications o Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field o SAP S/4 HANA FICO certification preferred
