Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications you develop align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: o Participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, covering configuration of: o Consolidation Units, FS Items, Versions, Categories o Currency Translation, Intercompany Eliminations, COI (Consolidation of Investments) o Interact with client finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs. o Work on data integration using GRDC, flat file uploads, and integration with ACDOCA. o Support ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation) setup and execution within Data Monitor tasks. o Assist in Fiori-based reporting delivery. o Assist in design documentation: Business Blueprint, Functional Specs (FSD), and Test Scripts. o Support data validation, testing, training, and cutover activities during go-lives. o Work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams in agile or waterfall delivery models Professional & Technical Skills: o 5+ years of Finance/overall experience including at least 2+ years of hands-on SAP Group Reporting implementation o Strong understanding of legal consolidation, intercompany processes, elimination logic, and accounting principles o Hands-on experience with: o SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting o SAP Fiori apps, AFO, and GRDC o ICMR matching and reconciliation use cases o Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation of Group Reporting. o Strong communication and client-facing skills o Ability to collaborate in a dynamic and multicultural environment o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
