Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Technical Experience : Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization. Experience in designing and implementing personalized customer experiences. Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation techniques. Handson experience in integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing tools.
