Summary: As an S/4HANA Service consultant you will design, build, configure, and support SAP Service Management module within the S/4HANA environment. This includes managing service requests, contracts, orders and warranties as well as integrating with other modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance, and Logistics. As a consultant, collaborate with clients to understand their service-related business needs, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Service and Field Service Management modules and will support the full lifecycle of implementation, configuration, and support of service-related processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders to understand service operations, business goals, and regulatory requirements - work with clients to understand their service management processes, identify gaps, and translating them into functional specifications - Designing and configuring the S/4HANA Service Management module to meet client requirements, including service requests, service contracts, service orders, and warranties. - Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PM, and FICO. - Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, interfaces, enhancements, and data migration efforts. - Drive unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is functioning correctly. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. - Documentation of application including configuration, process flows, and user guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Service Management - Strong understanding of the core business processes within the Service Management module. - Knowledge of Sales and Distribution and Logistics modules is often required. - Experience in gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and training. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a min. of 5 years of experience in S/4 HANA Service Management. - This position is based at our ATCI. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
