Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP BASIS Administration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the smooth functioning of SAP BASIS Administration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build applications - Configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver Java Installation - SAP PO 7.5 with Oracle DB - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Administration - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure - Experience in SAP system installation, upgrade, and maintenance - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts - Hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required - Flexible to travel Dehi NCR location on requirement basis
