Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve application performance and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of container orchestration and management. - Experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and its implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
