Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications you build align with the overall business objectives and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
