This role is critical for turning around troubled projects_requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope. Roles & Responsibilities o While the business situation / problem is given - you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging 's GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , and other providers. o Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. o Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows o Proven experience in recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges. Demonstrated ability to restore delivery excellence. o Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end--including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans. o Manage robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards. o Successfully re-baselined delivery plans, managed risks and issues proactively, and realigned delivery commitments with client expectations to restore program health. o Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), drove reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs. o Built and maintained trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement. o Support Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence. o Tracked and analysed key schedule, quality & financial metrics (Ex) SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: o Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. o Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) - demonstrated through project implementations o Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) o Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects.
