Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, while also adapting to changing requirements and priorities throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: - Proficiency in Multiplatform Back-End Development using NodeJs. - Good Experience on NodeJS, TypeScript, Express JS MongoDB - Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Experience in implementing Restful/Graphql APIs and third-party services - Proven ability to design clean, maintainable, and scalable software solutions - Strong emphasis on applying OOP principles and industry best practices in coding - Experience with writing unit testcases using libraries like JEST. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Kubernetes & Jenkins. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, LLD and HLD. Good To Have Skills: - Commerce Tools, Algolia, Hybris, Talon-one - Knowledge of Gen AI tools like, Amazon Q, Copilot etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
