Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure seamless integration and performance of the applications you create. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS. - Refactor and improve our legacy codebase for better performance, readability, and structure. - Collaborate with product, frontend, and design teams to deliver high-impact features. - Debug, test, and monitor APIs in a real-world production environment. - Write clean documentation and participate in code reviews. - Help modernize and optimize the backend deployment pipeline on AWS ECS. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Understanding of RESTful services and API integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
