Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process is efficient and effective, while also mentoring team members to foster their growth and development in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in system integration and data migration. - Familiarity with agile project management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Must have hands on experience in Life Science Project - A 15 years full time education is required.
