Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and configurations to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
