Summary: Looking for a Marketplace Architect to lead design & implementation of Marketplace. The role involves defining scalable architecture, leading the middleware strategy & integrations using Java SDKs and aligning integration flows across systems like ecommerce, ERP, PIM, OMS etc. Professional & Technical Skills: o Overall Experience 10+ years o 3+ years of experience in solution/technical architecture roles o At least one Markerplace implementation as an Architect with distributed / MACH architecture o Deep knowledge & understanding of System Design Architecture & patterns o String knowledge in REST APIs, Spring Boot, microservices & integration patterns o Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and API security principles o Experience integrating with systems like ecommerce, PIM, DAM, ERP o Should have background in any eCommerce platform (SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, etc.) Roles & Responsibilities: o Define Technical Architecture and Solution Outline for Marketplace implementation o Able to configure Seller account, onboarding, Taxonomy setup, Reconciliation and Marketplace API specifications. o Define & own integration pattern with Marketplace using building Integration Adaptors o Strong understanding of distributed / MACH architecture o Guide the team on best practices around APIs, microservices, middleware and system integration. o Collaborate with product & engineering teams to nurture business requirements and provide technical scalable solutions with documentations o Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Marketplace solution with governance o Provide technical oversight across the development lifecycle and review critical components. o Stay aligned with Marketplace platform changes and integration standards. o Leading Drop shipper/Seller platform onboarding and communications for end-to-end implementations o Create Roadmap to onboard new Sellers and identify optimization & tech-debts for Marketplace implementation. Additional Information: o Marketplace platform knowledge & Certification o Knowledge in Cache, performance enhancements & domain services o Knowledge of other marketplace & ecommerce platforms o Understanding of Orchestration layer, Queue & other messaging systems o Experience in deployments, configure CI/CD pipeline & continuous improvements
