We are looking for like-minded technical digital leaders to join us in our mission. o As a full stack Engineer with strong Java experience, you are a critical member of engineering team. o We're looking for engineers who can turn their hand to react of flutter development if required but are experts in java MS engineering. o You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining Restful APIs to support our digital experiences. o You will be at the leading edge of development and will contribute to transforming our working culture and digital presence using agile ways of working. Roles & Responsibilities: o Design, develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java o Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that adheres to API standardization o Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards o Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a strong engineering culture within the team o Design and develop APIs to support digital experiences using open source and cloud technology o Work as part of an agile team to turn complex business needs into elegant solutions o Conduct design reviews to ensure solutions fit our architecture, security, scalability and maintainability guidelines o Provide squad level engineering leadership and contribute to our engineering community and standards o Ensure the continued implementation of a test first approach. and implement the clean architecture principles. Professional & Technical Skills: o Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems. o Strong experience with Java 11, 17 and spring boot o Strong experience with unit test and integration test build o Experience in developing microservices-based applications o Experience with API standardization o Experience with AWS o Good understanding on CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins o Good understanding on Agile software development methodologies o Development experience using TDD in Java o Experience designing microservices architecture o Experience building RESTful web services and GraphQL o Experience of Frontend development, in either React, Javascript, Flutter o Knowledge of web security, application security, web services security, common vulnerability remediation, certificate management o DevOps experience o Good knowledge with different testing suites o Experience in workflow systems such as flowable and Netflix Conductor o People Management Skillsets o Commerce Tools Additional Information: o Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems. o This position is based at our Bengaluru office o A 15 years full time education is required.
