Application Developers are responsible for making application changes to provide the required IT services functionality for one or more applications under a Delivery Team. This includes the development and maintenance of custom applications as well as the customization of products from software vendors.
What you'll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Implement and document change in accordance with approved SDLC process and development standards
Unit testing conducted to ensure changes are of sufficient quality before system testing
Assist in impact analysis
Work collaboratively with developers on other teams, internal, external, onshore, and offshore
Support analysis and resolution of defects during application testing phases
May serve as a member of a major incident team
L3 support for problem root cause analysis
Resolution of functional defects found during testing
Estimation of development
Assist with the creation of operational guidelines
Assist with technical analysis of solution design
Proactively identify and communicate improvements opportunities
Participate in daily scrum
You will report the Application Manager.
What you will BRING
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Core Azure & Cloud Skills including Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Ket Vault, Azure Monitor & Application Insights, API Management (APIM)
Proven experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions.
Relevant years of experience with .Net MVC, .NET Core / .NET 6, Entity Framework Core, React.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs
Experience with DevOps & CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GithHub Actions, Harness, Containerization, Open Paas
Solid understanding of data encryption using PGP/GPG, Security & Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
